Contracts
Stud service:
Lewis English Bulldogs will offer stud only to proven female. Lewis English
Bulldogs has the rights to refuse service to the buyer. Female must be
Akc and/or ckc register before,any seamen is extracted or shipped. Along
with being up-to-date on all shots. Both parties will agree the (Seller and
Buyer) will agree to give each other personal information. Buyer will agree
to also pay for ALL office visit(s),extraction and shipping/handling.
Payment will be in FULL before any extraction would take place. Price will
be $600.00 and pick of the litter agree by the Seller and Buyer.
Puppy purchase:
Lewis English Bulldogs will offer a 48 hour health guarantee against
health problems. Buyer must have in writing from their vet that the cause
is from the Sire and Dam of the litter. Both parties Seller and buyer must
agree to contract before sell of puppy/adult. Buyer to pay for All return
shipping.
Payment Method:
Lewis English Bulldogs will only accept Pay-Pal with 3% included in the
payment to cover Pay-Pal cost. Personal checks and cashier checks are
accepted will take 10 days to clear before puppy will leave the premise.
All return checks will have $30.00 return check fee. Puppy must be paid
IN-FULL by the 8th week.
DEPOSIT:
There will be a $500.00 deposit which is non-refundable to hold your bully
pup and/or adult bully. Once the you pick the bully and your deposit is
received, the bully will be placed on hold. Buyer will have 8 weeks to pay
for their bully in FULL. If payment is not paid in the time listed. Buyer will
for-fit their deposit and the puppy/adult bully will be sold to the next party
on the list.
